I Love Training

Hi. What the post said. Training is awesome. And tough. For me. Which is probably easy for all you freaky fast/strong/fit/dedicated people out there in the BIG wide world. Any way. Here goes nothing.

Kay and I were lazy and so we took the bus to place where we play bball. At the start of training we were told to shoot layups with this special ball. No big deal. But you tried to lift the yellow ball, your arms screamed!. It was so heavy. We had to jump shot, layup, pass and dribble with this stupid yellow thing (it's really good actually) and it hurt. Then we were given a normal size six. It was so light! We were told to make eleven layups in a minute (coast to coast), but being cool (and uncoordinated) we didn't so we racked up sixty sprints. Coach made a deal though:

"If you get a free shot in," he said in his american accent "You minus one point. If you get both then you minus two. Then the next person shoots. If you get none, you run. Hey that rhymes!"
That totally ruined it.

So after about forty sprints we finally came out alive. Call me crazy, but it was really fun....

That is all

I am a girl, last time I checked. I love food, friends and family and sports that involve orange balls with lines with back boards. I'm arty and have a hate-hate relationship with math.
I live under a rock, don't have a phone and am down right crazy awesome.

I go to bed at 8 and like my sleep. ♥
